1. Cream Sherry Vinaigrette

    My love came up with this recipe and I’m OBSESSED.

    It makes about a cup of dressing, so at 2 TBSP per serving, it’s around 150 calories per serving and should last you 8 times. Mix it up with a huge garden salad!

    1/2 CUP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 CUP Cream Sherry
    3 TBSP Lemon Juice
    2.5 Tsp Dijon Mustard
    4 TBSP Shallots, Finely Chopped
    2 Tsp Honey or Agave Nectar
