1/4 Cup Egg Beaters (Original)
1 Teaspoon Earth Balance Soy Free Buttery Spread
1/4 Cup Fage 2% Plain
Dash of Tobasco
Dash of Black Ground Pepper
Heat Earth Balance in skillet (I prefer stainless steel) over medium-high heat. Once it’s hot, but before it starts to sizzle, pour in Egg Beaters. Grind pepper and dash the Tobasco over the Egg Beaters (as much as you desire). Once it is almost cooked through, add Fage on top and close, cooking until done.
